I downloaded the app to my ipad and then subscribed to premium version but all the screen has been showing for 4 hours is a loading screen that reads "Purchase successful.Waiting feature activation" please help

I could not find the product details in your description. Would you mind confirming the exact application and subscription/service you are referring above?

 

Is there anything purchased from "iTune"? If yes, then you probably need to contact to AppleSupport for the purchase confirmation.
