I have a customer using Acrobat Reader DC, they quick print from Outlook 2016 frequently and in the last few weeks have an issue where Adobe crashes every 5 or 6 times they attempt to do a quick print. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling adobe with no luck, I also set quick print to use edge and that works so the problem seems to be Adobe related.
Any Help?

As you have mentioned above in the description, when trying to quick print in outlook, Acrobat Reader crashes, could you please try printing in Acrobat Reader by selecting File>Print or Ctrl+P and see if that works?
Also, check if there is an update available for Reader by clicking Check for Updates under Help menu.
What is the version of Reader installed on the computer?
