"Custom scale" option is not displaying

Buenos días,

En el menú imprimir de pdf, en opciones de tamaño dentro del apartado "Tamaño y administración de páginas"/"Tamaño" me aparecen las siguientes opciones:

- Ajustar

- Tamaño real

- Ajustar a páginas grandes

Pero no me aparece la opción ESCALA PERSONALIZADA

Como podría hacerlo para que apareciera esta opción?

Hi Núria,

As the "Custom scale" option does not appear in the Print window, does it happen when you print a particular PDF?

If yes, please check if there are any presets applied to the document.

You may try once to repair the installation of the application.

Launch the application and go to Help > Repair Installation.

If the option is not available for every PDF that you try to print, please provide us a few details as asked below:

Did the option disappear recently?

Did you make any recent changes to the application?

What is the application version currently installed on the machine? Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

What is the OS version on the machine?

Hi Meenakshi,

Thank you very much for your answer... I still have the problem with the "Custom scale" option, although I have repaired the installations of the application following your instructions... (image attached)

The problem happens with all my PDFs, not just with a particular PDF and, actually, when I try to print the same PDF with the computer that is next to me at the office, there is no problem, the option "Custom scale" appears... So, I think that these documents don't have any presets applied...

I provide you the details that you asked to me:

- Did the option disappear recently? Yes, it does. I don't know when because I didn't need to scale a pdf recently, but the option used to appear some month ago but now it doesn't.

- Did you make any recent changes to the application? No, I don't...

- What is the application version currently installed on the machine? Adobe Acrobat X version 10.1.16 (image attached)

- What is the OS version on the machine? Actally, I use Windows 7 Professional

The Adobe Acrobat X is an old and unsupported version of the application.

However, try once repairing the application. In application, go to Help > Repair Installation.

Also, check if the printer drivers are updated.

Also, try once to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on the machine and try to print the PDFs in that application.

Check if the option appears there or not.
