"Prepare Form" option

I have the full  version of adobe acrobat and paying every month. However I dont have the "Prepare Form" option, I wonder why??

I am trying to creat a fillable PDF form.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

 

Do you have Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Reader installed on your system? If you have Acrobat Pro DC, you should be able to see the option for creating and editing forms from the tools pane either on the right hand side of the document or on the top left tab beside home.
