"Show Cover Page in Two Page View" gone in the new Reader

My Reader upgraded to version 2023.008, and I can't find that option anymore. I have documents from hospital that are expected to be viewed in two-page mode, starting from even page (tables spreading for 2 pages). The are unreadable now.

Any pointers, besides the "Disable new Acrobat Reader"?

Could you please be more specific? I can't find it in the new Reader in the View menu where it used to be.
