Adobe Acrobat Reader does *not* change the colors of this pdf. Why?

Hi Emf,

The file you have shared is a scanned PDF.

It is not possible to change the background color of the scanned PDF as the complete page acts as an image.

When you try to add the color to the background, it changes the background color.

However, you will not be able to view the change in the color as the complete page is covered with an image.
