Same problem... how is this an issue for you guys?? I am 100% asking for a refund because you couldnt provide the service I paid for when I needed it most

Hi there,
I have checked that you have recently purchased the service.
It takes some time to activate the services.
Please check once again if you can export the PDF from your Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application.
Make sure that you are sign-in with the same Adobe ID and password that you have used to purchase the subscription.
You can also export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf https://cloud.acrobat.com/
Once you open the link, sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
Let us know if you still experience an issue.

I cancelled my subscription then subscribed again. Worked perfectly. Instead of just getting the 'Get started' email, I received the 'Use Export PDF now' email as well. I should get a refund as I did it within 14 days, so all good for me!
