We are using Adobe Reader 11.0.19 in our organization but while opening a pdf file, we are getting a prompt with the below error message:
Windows - Application Error
The Exception Unknown Software Exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x010ab170. Click on OK to terminate the program.
and then it asks to disable the protected mode which is not a feasible solution.
Can anyone please provide the resolution of the same.
