Reader 11.0.20 Opening PDF's very very slowly

Community Beginner ,

Hi

I have deployed the new version of Reader (11.0.20) to all machines in my organisation and a few users are expirencing a serious delay from opening a PDF to it actually appearing.

To begin with, this appeared to be only when opening them from an Outlook 2016/2013 client, but other users have now experienced this with local PDF's too.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

OS: Windows 7 Pro

Thanks

Tom

Old software? Bearing in mind we're running Windows 7, this is the latest update available to IT managers for Adobe Reader 11 so I don't really understand your point.

Thanks for the advice though..... Oh wait.....

Yes, it's the latest update to Reader 11, quite possibly the final one since it goes EOL on 15 October this year. So why are you running Reader 11, which is practically obsolete, rather than the current version Reader DC, which has been out for several years?

Have a nice day, and best of luck finding a person who might have a reply and wants to take a chance on personal abuse.
