Reader 2023.006.20360 for Mac / Problème pour afficher les PDF complexes

Bonjour,

Il semblerait que la version « Reader 2023.006.20360 for Mac » ne soit plus à même d’afficher des PDF complexes, contrairement à la version précédente « Reader 2022.001.20112 for Mac ».

En effet, l’affichage du plan des bus de Paris prend un temps fou en zoom 75% ou 150% avec Reader 2023.

Alors que c’est quasiment immédiat avec Reader 2022.

Et ce n’est pas un problème de mémoire disponible car le constat a été fait ce jour sur un « iMac Retina 5K, 27 pouces, 2020 » sous macOS 13.5.1 & doté de 88 Go de RAM (63,31 Go disponibles).

À part réinstaller la version 2022, ce que j’ai fait, que peut-on faire ?

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Please update the application to the recent version 23.06.20380. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

J'ai constaté ce problème avec tous les fichiers PDF complexes, comme les
plans de transport parisiens (comme les plans de la RATP
<>.)
Je ne tiens pas à faire la mise à jour en version « Reader 2023... » car
c'est justement ces versions qui posent problème.
Je n'en ai aucun avec la version « Reader 2022.001.20112 for Mac ».

Hello,

I've noticed this problem with all complex PDF files, such as Paris
transport plans (like RATP plans <>).
I don't want to update to the "Reader 2023..." version, because it's
precisely these versions that cause problems.
I have none with "Reader 2022.001.20112 for Mac".

Hi there

A new version of Acrobat/Reader is now available 23.08.2042X, please update the application to the new version from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.
