I work for an MSP annd we have an issue with Reader crashing across an entire estate rendered the software useless. Can we get some support on how to fix this issues? it has only become apparent in the last few days and is causing buisness disruption

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, the application is crashing over last couple of days.
What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
What is the workflow/steps you are doing that leads to the application crash?
