We have the following software combination:
Adobe Reader DC version: 18.011.20036
Windows 10 1709 x64
SAP GUI 7.40 patch lvl 8
In SAP we use the Adobe Reader for displaying the invoices. Before version 18.011.20036 this went without any problems. Now, as soon as an invoice has more than one page (which is pretty much the case for every invoice) we get an error message that there is insufficient memory to display the file. On all our computers where we experience this, Windows memory is below 30-40% and all disks have sufficient space free (>10% free).
Rolling back the update to the previous version (or any other version really) works perfectly, and this has been the temporary solution for us. However, as we often receive PDF files from suppliers and customers we would like to install the latest version to maximize security. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this? We have already disabled the extended security but to no avail.
