Acrobat & Reader DC May 2020 release Windows and Mac – What’s New

Adobe recommends installing and updating Acrobat DC and Reader DC for Windows & Mac Continuous Track 20.009.20063, 2017 Classic Track 17.011.30171 Planned update, 2015 Classic Track 15.006.30523 Planned update, as quickly as possible because it addresses some important bug fixes.
Install updates from the Help menu of Acrobat/Reader DC, select Check for Updates.
Reboot the machine once after updating Acrobat/Reader DC.

Top Bug fixes with this release:
- Preflight PDF/X-4 verification erroneously flags error for the JPEG2000-compressed image.
- Unable to modify preflight settings from an imported action.
- A confusing dialog appears when try to close the app just after review initiation.
- The Upsell card is shown when “Send for Comment” clicked in Reader in the signed-out state.
- Not able to share for comment, Reader gets stuck after signing into it on Mac systems.
- Issues with print Output using Acrobat DC.
- Horizontal scrolling with two fingers on touchpad or trackpad does not work
- Not able to disable the Certificate app using cDisabled.
- AllowReasonWhenSigning plist setting not propagating in Mac
- On moving/resizing the form field, <form> tag is deleted in the tag panel
- Tabs in form fields properties dialog become inaccessible, as the dialog and scroll bar is re-positioned
- In case of the dropdown, unable to select items in Dropdown Properties->Options->Item list if they have the same export values
- Crash while changing tab order when the cursor is on edit field
- Acrobat crashes on clicking “Enable all features” button on the Protected View banner when some 3rd party tools are present

- Download the enterprise installers from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/, or refer to the specific release note version for links to installers.
- Install updates via your preferred methodologies, such as AIP-GPO, bootstrapper, SCUP/SCCM (Windows), or on macOS, Apple Remote Desktop, and SSH.
