I have spent many hours today trying to get this to work. I have used this mostly with out issues for several years( mostly only issue has been password occasionally not being recognized sometimes and either by the 7th or 8th time it accepts it entering the same password or I have to change the password. I am kind of tired of doing that to temporary correct that issue.) How ever today was different! I was preparing a document to send for signature. I opened a pdf with adobe reader DC(I have it set up for auto sign in) it opens it Has the hello Chris in the upper right I click on fill and sign and start preparing the document. I finish preparing the document and click on get others to sign and nothing happens. I then try printing and same result nothing happens, I try save and save as and same result! all options are high lit and seam clickable(not grayed or low lit) I try closing the document from file tab and it does not close, I try the x in the upper right it turns red as it is suppose to how ever the document as well as adobe DC does not close. I have to use task mgr to close it I go to help and support try all possible solutions I can find in the forum and not many apply. I try rebooting, I try updating and get notice i have the most current version, I try the fix option (does nothing) I try to do the document again SAME RESULT. I attempt to get help by online chat support (several hours 4 different support people) No help at all. very frustrated by now. I try uninstalling acrobat DC and reinstalling it. (guess you cant uninstall because I get a message I all ready have it installed.) i reboot again and try opening the blank document. this time I get a message that adobe found a document that was incorrectly saved and would I like to restore it. I click yes and i get another message that adobe could not restore the document and then it opens the blank document after multiple attempts I find as long as fill out the document with fill and sign and only select save as, I can save a completed document. all other options end with same result as above and having to use task mgr to close adobe Dc Now with a completed document I can open it in reader DC and select get others to sign and it starts to open then gives me a upgrade screen( what the hell!!! i am signed in to my account and already have the service om my account. By the way the upgrade button does nothing and i have to use task mgr to exit. I can open adobe acrobat DC then click on my account with no documents open. This requires me to manually sign in even though i already am signed in. Once this completes I can go in to my account and access get a document signed and from there I can complete send for signing. how ever what a screwed up way to do this. someone please help how do i fix this broken service/program?
