Reader DC hangs with some users after few seconds

Good morning!


We're facing a strange issue.
About 2 weeks ago Acrobat Reader DC auto updated to version 21.001.20142
No problem so far, only with 2 of our users (it's on terminal server) reader keeps hanging after a few seconds of scrolling in te document

I've already tried reinstalling this version, no help
Checked compatibility on adobe site, that tells me version 19.008.20071 should be working witch it does but auto update keeps reactivating and updating to version 21...
Searched this site but found some similar problems years ago but dit not find a working solution for me.


Since it's working with most of the users I don't think the problem is version related but can not find any issues on their profiles.


Anyone any idea on what could be causing this?


Windows server 2012 R2 terminal server with 17 users logged in RDS
Adobe versions see above
