Has anyone come across a readerDC printing issue when trying to print from an internet based database, the print icon doesn't allow to print. When clicking on the printer icon, it doesn't respond. DC works fine if it opens any pdf file and then select print.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to print from the internet based database.
We need some more information for a better understanding
Please try to turn off the protected mode for testing and see if that works for you. Go to Edit (WIndows), Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (MAc) > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Turn off the protected mode and uncheck the enhanced security > Click ok
Note : Please turn on the security after testing

Thank you so much for your response Amal. To start, i am using windows 10, with ie11. The actual program online is called oneeighty for automotive dealerships. The problem is surely not with Adobe because if I save the report, and reopen it via adobe, it prints fine. It only doesn't print from the softare when it generates the preview in adobe, clicking on the printer icon, it just seems it doesn't send the command to print. The issue is surely ie11. I removed it, reinstalled it, reset it....all done and still doesn't work.

I have exactly the same problem !!!
impossible to print pdf from IE 11 Enterprise
I have already 2 persons blocked in my society.
this problem comes after a update windows 10.
click on print icon doesn't respondn nothing !
works on chrome perfectly.
