Files created with Microsoft virtual .pdf printer - have opened, but today stopped opening.

Instead this error:

Updated both Microsoft pdf printer driver (says updated) and Acrobat installation (also indicates latest version).  Works intermittently - some files open, others I have opened and now won't open, others recently printed will not open.

This is a core tool in my work - please respond!

Hi John396869411,

As per the error message that you have shared above, it seems that the files actually got corrupted or has been damaged.

Would suggest you to sign in the application with your Adobe I.D at the upper right corner.

If you would have saved the files online on "Document Cloud", you may also try signing in online and see if you have the backup.

Unfortunately, there is nothing much that can be done about it, if there isn't any backup.

Regards,

Akanchha
