Reader on Business Store missing Offline Licensing

Hi,

With Intune and Pre-Provisioning, we need the ability to deploy Reader from the Business Store using Offline Licensing, not the default online licensing.

Without the licensing option available, Reader only installs after user login, which defeats the purpose of Pre-Provision (where the goal is to install all apps at the OEM factory)

Is this by design? Will the Offline/Online Licensing option be available? Why is it missing?

I'm using the Adobe Customization Wizard and MSI as a workaround.
