reading out loud in french

Dear people:

I'm reading a text in french, with te Reader Touch, and I would know it the "reading out loud" option is also in french.

And if it exists, how can I configure it.

Hello Sandra,

Adobe Reader desktop application is a freeware software to view print, sign, and annotate PDFs and it will not translate English into the French language. So, the Reader our Loud in French with Adobe Reader will not work.

If you have Acrobat Pro installed, you can set the document language under File > Properties > Advanced tab under the language dropdown.

The user asked to read aloud in french, a PDF document who is written in french.

Why do you assume that she is talking about Translating?  Translation is a completely different topic.
