So, I've seen a few PDFs that do this and I was wondering how to export so that my files would be enabled to do the same. On desktop, the files shows as spreads because of the wide format, then on mobile the PDF reads as single pages because of the vertical format 🙂 Thank you!

It's most likely the default viewing option, set to Two Page. My guess is that option is ignored on mobile devices, due to their limited screen size (or it's just a bug)...
