Buen día, solo accedí al servicio del Acrobat  por un mes y a pesar que ya no decidí renovar, me siguen cobrando. Agradecería me ayuden a que atiendan a mi reclamo.

Buenas tardes, accedí a la cancelación del servicio y ahora resulta que me han cargado a mi tarjeta de crédito una penalidad de 256.25 En lugar de una solución me sigue causando perjuicios, agradecería puedan ver mi caso y solucionar estos cargos a mi tarjeta de crédito. Actualmente ya me están cobrando: 256.25 soles, 14.68 dólares y 51.25 soles. Si alguién puede brindarme algún número o correo donde pueda reclamar al respecto se lo agradecería mucho.

Yo soy poco entendido en esto , por error mio pues solo estaba mirando que hacía el programa Cloud de Adobe y quedé con contrato desde noviembre del 2020. He intentado terminar el contrato pero no me deja. He reclamado 5 veces a Adobe pero ni siquiera me contestan. Es algo kafkiano. Pienso que es un aprovechamiento de esta firma, para no decir fraude.

Favor informar que hiciste para cortar el cotrato y que no te sigan cobrando todos los meses
