Redactions need whole text highlighted instead of outline

Is there a way to change the default behavior of redaction annotations to have the entire text highlighted instead of just the outlines? My organization opens and reviews the document in sharepoint which makes the outlines barely visible.

Note: The option for redaction is available with the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application
