Regarding updates

can u plz help me 

i have worked almost 3 hrs and typed but latter on when i tried to save it is blank screen 

moreover when i tried to start app again then it shows that restart you com. 
if i will restart then my data will be gone i think

Close that window, then go to Edit (or the application menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - General and disable "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening files". Then save your file and you could restart your computer safely.
