Replacing an old signature in acrobat

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of my old signature and set a new one in acrobat? I need to update it so that I can sign documents with my new legal name.

Go to Edit (or the Acrobat menu on a Mac) - Preferences - Signature - Identities & Trusted Certificates and you'll be able to do it all there.
