Dear Adobe Support,
I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my subscription without any early termination fees.
Your service is misleading: in order to access the features I need, I am continuously asked to pay for additional options, which makes it practically impossible to use the program without ongoing extra charges. This contradicts the initial terms presented at the time of subscription and amounts to consumer deception.
Given the above, I believe I have the full right to cancel my subscription without penalties. Please confirm that my subscription will be canceled immediately and no further charges will be applied.
If my request is denied, I reserve the right to contact the relevant consumer protection authorities and report this misleading practice that violates user rights.
I look forward to your prompt response and confirmation of the cancellation.
