Is it possible to retrieve my Adobe data that ive long through an iOS backup? Ive not uploade it to iCloud.. ive only sign in to Gmail account.

Free one.. im not sure of the version. But ive had them since about 4-5

Yes you can sync data to other devices providing you synced your desktop Creative Cloud Files folder to your Creative Cloud storage.  Have you done that yet?
