I am running Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3 on a MacBook PRO Retina (Mid-2012) with Safari version 10.0.3 (12602.4.8) ... when I view the PDF document it views PERFECTLY ... BUT, when I go to print from it the print will come out perfectly, BUT then my screen goes BLACK and in the center I get 'PLUGIN FAILURE' I then have to refresh the screen to get the document back up.
IF I save it locally and run it from my local computer it works perfectly fine so I know the issue has something to do with an update to the Mac OS or Safari or both?

I am having the same problem. This started 2 days ago after an update of my flash player. I have had my computer since December with no problems until two days ago. While using Safari if I go to print a PDF once I actually push print the screen turns black with a small oval gray colored message in the middle that says Plugin Failure. I worked for two hours with AppleCare remote logging into my computer. The problem is not on Apple's end. Here is a link to the last website that I tried to print from when the screen turned black;

I have searched your blog and I have searched elsewhere to find an answer. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find one. I called customer support and the nice gentleman I spoke to told me that there is not customer support for the Adobe Reader and so he said he could not help me. Instead, he told me to search the Adobe community for an answer even though I had already informed him that I had done so prior to calling. I attend college and many of the platforms and activities I do depend on Adobe. Please Fix, soon.

Hello all,
I've had this same problem for some time now, so I don't believe it's a recent OS update issue! I have version Sierra 10.12.4.
Uninstalled and reinstalled latest Adobe Reader version! Same issue!
From reading the issues, It appears that Adobe is unable to fix this problem!?

I have the same problem. As you said, I can download a pdf and print it from my computer just fine. So I don't think the OS updates are to blame. Over to you, Adobe!
