Save a PDF fillable form as "Other/Reader Extended PDF/Enable More Tools..." in an Excel VBA Macro

Is it possible to save a PDF fillable form as "Other/Reader Extended PDF/Enable More Tools..." from an Excel VBA Macro?

I have a process that will fill in some of the forms fillable fields from an Excel table and save as individual documents. However, it prints to PDF, which does not preserve the remaining fillable fields that I will need to return to the form later on, during an interview process, to complete additional fillable fields on the form. Is it possible to save the individual PDF documents as as "Other/Reader Extended PDF/Enable More Tools..." from within the Excel VBA Macro so I can return to these documents and finish completing? What would the VBA code be?

I highly doubt it will be possible, but it's also not needed. Just get Reader DC and you'll be able to saved filled-in forms even without those rights applied to the file.

Thank you. I do have Adobe Acrobat DC. Do you think I can just save instead of print to pdf? If yes, how?

Just save the file normally. No special rights are needed, nor printing to PDF.
