Saved A File As PDF From Web Page on my Infinix phone But File Size is 0kb

I tried to save a PDF document on a web page but after clicking on print button on the web page, it will bring out the "Save as PDF option"  and I clicked on PDF to download it, it will bring where to save the document n if need to change the file name, after that I click on Save button. But in the download file, the file size will be '0 byte' which can't be opened and bring out the error message" the document is empty". But if I try several times or any other days, I will just notice that luckily one of the saved file will bring out the file size. My concern is that" how can I save it as PDF file once and for all with getting "0kb". I used chrome as browser. Case ID: ADB-8911557-R3R0

How does you create the PDF file? Acrobat Reader can't create PDF files.

Bernd, thanks for the prompt respond. I just wanted to save a document/page from chrome browser as a PDF and after saving it , in the download file on my phone the file size will read 0kb and if I try to open like that using Adobe Acrobat reader it will read" document is empty 0kb" and if I try open it with WPS it will read " File format not supported"

Acrobat Reader can't display anything when the file is empty.

Bernd, yeah I know that. So I don't know what went wrong on my phone when saving it because I saved it correctly. For your awareness, if I continue trying saving the document/page several times or tired of it and try some other days, I will just notice that luckily on of the saved documents display the file size. Please how can I get it saved once and for all. Thanks in anticipation because it's giving me lots of headache and I just purchased the infinix phone last week and I installed both Adobe Acrobat reader and WPS on it
