In the latest update for the Mac version of Acrobat (23.08.20555) scroll bars have been mostly restored, but they still do not appear for multi-page documents. When I open a multi-page pdf there is still no visual indication that there is more than one page except by looking at the page number in the tool bar, nor does it quickly show what location you are in a pdf without the vertical scroll bars.

I am having the same problem with Acrobat Reader 2024.002.20687 on macOS when using Single Page View and Zoom To Page Level.  The vertical scroll bar only scrolls around the current page (if needed), not the entire document.

When using Single Page View and Zoom To Page Level on Acrobat Reader 2024.002.20687 on Windows 10, the vertical scroll bar lets you scroll through the entire document. So clearly this feature is supposed to work.
