Scroll issue on MacOS

on Mac, I can hold CMD + Mouse wheel when I want to scroll faster.

But I think this might be a bug, that the document will only scroll down, regardless if the wheel is scrolling up or down.

Please either explain why this is like this, or fix it. thanks

Hope you are doing well and thanks for sharing your observation.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently?

Would you mind sharing the version of the macOS and Acrobat Pro application you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

A small video recording of the steps and the issue occurring would be very helpful for more clarity.
 
Also, try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/4d7CcnF and see if that works.
