Scrolling and page display issue

New Here ,
May 31, 2018 May 31, 2018

The issue is while scrolling inside the document, the page doesn't show the contents correctly as per the attachment. I have to click on the page, it will be refreshed, so if I keep scrolling I have to do multiple clicks to see the document contents.

I tried the suggested soltions but it didn't fix the issue. the issue is not related to scrolling itself, but when I scroll up/down, the page is not being refreshed to view the page contents correctly as per the screen shot attached to the my question.

Hi MohamedHelmy,

Would it be possible if you can share the pdf file you are working with to replicate the issue at our end?  To share the file here in the forums, please refer to the steps given here: How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Also, try opening other pdf files and check if the same behavior continues.

Thanks,

Shivam

Hello,

Actually, the issue exists with all pdf files either the content is text or image.

Note: the same files working on other machines correctly.

Hi MohamedHelmy,

The issue might be related to the video driver. Try updating the video driver on the machine and check if that helps.

Have you tried replicating this issue with other applications and see if the issue persists?

If it is, try following troubleshooting steps

Remove Reader using cleaner tool found here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , restart the computer and then reinstall Reader DC from here - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions , reboot the machine and try again.

Thanks,

Shivam
