Scrolling in Menu Adobe Reader

Hello, I have the problem that when i scroll with my touchpad it doesn´t scroll properly. This only happens in the menus of adobe reader (for example in the printing menu or if i go to the settings page.) This does not only happen when scrolling with the touchpad but also when i use the bar on the right side of the screen. If i view a PDF the scrolling works perfectly.

Is there a solution to this? I noticed on my old laptop that the menus of adobe reader sometimes felt a little buggy but it was never this bad. There are times where i can´t manage to scroll down in the printing menu in order to click on "print". It just won´t let me scroll down und just bugs around.
