Whether Security updates available for Adobe Acrobat and Reader (APSB19-49) also apply to earlier versions ( 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, 10, ... ) of Adobe Acrobat Readers?

Adobe doesn't update the old versions.

All old versions (up to 11) are EOL (end of life). There will be no updates, and there will be no fixes to security issues. No company should be using them, and very few individuals.
