I'm starting this as a new thread, because while this issue was raised at least two years ago by various users, ADOBE STILL HAVEN'T DEALT WITH IT!
Which is bad, because Adobe are good products, but this is bad. The dowload site for Adobe Reader DC (Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions ) has a serious flaw in it: someone in the company confused the term UK (for United Kingdom) for "Ukranian", so when you try to download the UK English version, you get the Ukrainian version instead (this also applies to the auto-English version for Windows 10, bythe way). Now, I have nothing against the Ukraine, but I don't read Ukrainian, and so I can't use the product. Trouble is, I can't unistall it to make way for an English language version because (yup!) the unistall instructions ARE OF COURSE ALSO IN UKRAINIAN!!! And of course I can't install the English version because the computer says I already have DC installed!
Now, I could of course just open the thing up each time with the CTRL button pressed down and then choose English, but really Adobe, YOU SHOULD HAVE GOT THIS SORTED BY NOW! IT's BEEN TWO YEARS, and frankly, this makes you look really, really bad. Don't do that. Because your products are good.

I've brought this issue to the attention of the Adobe staff on the forums. Hopefully there will be a quick resolution to this issue.
