Send a protected document for editing

I'm trying to send a document for review that the reviewers aren't able to download or print. Or protect a document to send as an attachment that the receivers can still edit but can't download or print. Help please.

Even if you cold block everything else, without using some sort of expensive Digital Rights Management software, you can't keep anyone from downloading the document. To open something online, it must be downloaded at least to a temporary folder.
