Hi All,
Since Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2020 - Update - 21.007.20091 and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2020 - Update - 21.007.20099, Attach to email (or send by email) option is not working and this happens on dozens of pc, tried https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/attach-to-email-not-working.html#sa_src=web-messaging but it didn't help either. .
I've tried to isolate some events and that what comes out ( translated from french):

IMHO 100% all pb are coming from there, but i hope someone can light my findings plz :
1/who in the community, was aware that microsoft was modifying adobe pgm through telemetry and without our knowledge or consent ?
2/Can I turn this behavior off and are there any consequences on M $ or Adobe pgm ?
3/Who knew that SVCHOST changes Acrobat Reader Firewall rules in the same second (Eventid 2004 and 2006) ?
I spent the last 2 months Hating Adobe but I believe that it is not their fault ... my apologizes.
Thank you for your clarifications.
