Hello. We're having problems with Adobe. Can't open shared links. "Shared file is not available message: We're still working on getting this shared copy done. Try updating after a few seconds." But we wait for hours and nothing happens.
I am having the same issue and cannot figure out what the issue is. Did this resolve itself for you?
I've been having the same issue and after some explanation got an answer, but I don't know how to do what they are telling me to ("Just cancel it," "just stop it.") I'm not seeing any way to do that, and also won't that cancel the link?
I have found a work around. I have to manually upload my file to the cloud and then I can share from there. It's clunkier bur it works.
Thanks. I wll have to figure out how to do that - is it through Indesign or through the cloud or through Acrobat?
I did it through Adobe online.
