Some of our users used to get side by side comparisons that they didn't have to "mouse over" .to view. They would prefer it if they could just have 2 pdf files displayed side by side showing deleted text struck through and other changes indicated in a side by side comparison without callouts. It sounds like the change occurred when they went to Acrobat Pro 11. Thanks for the help!
