Sign in problem

Acrobat reader won't let me sign in, every time I try I get an 'Access Denied' messgage. I am in a country that offers support so that can't be the problem established earlier on the forum.

As you have mentioned above, you get the Access denied error when trying to sign in. Could you please share the screenshot of the error message here.

Please confirm if the issue started occurring recently or you are trying to sign in to the application for the first time.

Share the Acrobat Reader and OS version on the machine.
