'Signature and all signatures valid. Document was updated after signing.'

Hey guys,

I've got multiple signed PDF's, signed by 2 people, where I get the message 'Signature and all signatures valid. Document was update after signing.' when opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

When opening de Signature Panel I can see that REV 1 has the status; 'The revision of the document that was covered by this signature has not been altered; however, there have been subsequent changes to the document.'

Now I wonder, is this a standard message when there are two people signing a document, or is this a real problem? Because the document ofcourse should never be altered after somebody has signed it.
