Signature preferences in Acrobat form

New Here ,

Hi everyone,

I would like to make an adobe form on which my workes will be able to sign with their smart cards.

At the moment, when they sign, anyone who sees the filled form, can see the worker's ID, which is a privacy issue.

Is there a way that I can change the preferences of the original form (not that every worker would have to do it himself) so that I'll be able to see the name of the worker, but not his ID?

thanx!

No, this is not a setting of the form (or form fields, if you're using a signature field), but of the signature profile that is being used to sign it.

Thank you very much for answering.

Is there any other way to keep the privacy of the workers?

Is there a way to change to see only **** instead of all the name and ID?

or any other option?

Thanks again!
