small preview thumbnail in window 10 file explorer on external monitor

Hi, 

I am currently using 4K display labtop, and when I use file explorer on the external monitor(not 4K), the PDF preview thumbnail is really small and cannot see the details from the preview panel.

Any solutions on this problem?

Sorry for the delayed response.

Please try the following steps and let u know if that helps:

1. Open Reader
2. Go to Edit > Preferences > General
3. Select No Scaling under Scale for screen resolution
4. Click OK
