Snapshot Intermittent

I hope someone can help,     Snapshot will only sometimes select it's hit and miss if I select a barcode from a page of barcodes it may copy once then never work again. I'm unable to consistently select from a page??? Help pls

Sorry for reaching out to you after this long.

As mentioned, snapshot hit and miss when selecting barcodes. Does it have the same behavior when selecting only text and images too?

• Have you checked with a different document? If not, then please do test it.

If yes, then install latest patch of Adobe Reader, Open Reader>Help>Check for update

and for testing,

• Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader

Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.
