For some reason the snapshot tool doesn't confirm 'snapshot saved to notepad' after highlighting a section of a document. It used to do this automatically so it could be pasted onto (say) a Word document, but I now seem to be missing something - is there an extra action I need to take after highlighting the section, to 'copy' it?
When you say "notepad", do you mean the Clipboard? If so, it should still work as it did before, although I also don't think there's a confirmation dialog. If the tool doesn't do what it's supposed to it's possible the document does not allow content extraction.
