Dear Support Team,
We are experiencing this issue for one of our end-customers where users are generating lots of PDF invoices/files from third-party software.
For some users (and not for all the invoices) sometimes the fonts in the PDF files are not displayed correctly (as seen in screenshot below).
If I copy and open the file in another session or PC the font is displayed correctly.
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has the latest version installed: 18.011.20058
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is installed on a RDS Windows Server 2012R2.
Language for non-Unicode programs is set to Dutch (Belgium) on this server.
Windows Display language is English (United States)
Further assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dries

The issue is most likely with the software that generates the files. It's probably not encoding the text correctly.

Hello,
Thanks for the feedback but it's not only with generating invoices trough third party software.
Same problem occurs sometimes with for example opening e-mail attachments in PDF...
Any further thoughts ?

Can you share a sample file with us (via Dropbox, Google Drive, Adobe Send & Track, etc.)?

Hello,
Our end-customer has just sent me a file with this issue, but as mentioned if I open it on my PC or other session characters and fonts are displayed normally.
How can I send/share you the file ?
