Sticky Notes with Adobe Reader

New Here ,
Jun 21, 2017 Jun 21, 2017

I did a "Mark-Up" in Adobe Reader (or Acrobat) on 8 pages of a PDF sent to me by my architect. When I went to Reply to him with the marked-up PDF (I verified that the sticky notes were in place), the Sticky Notes disappeared from the PDF. I had even been asked to save the changes I made, which I did do. Now the Sticky Notes are no were to be found after my hour plus of having carefully done them and seen them in place. What is the proper process for keeping these sticky notes or saving them (even when I did so) and is it possible to retrieve them somehow now?

Hi Madamequeen,

As shared above, not exactly sure what happened to the sticky notes on which you have worked on.

There could be a possibility the work wasn't saved properly after making the changes?

The best way of adding notes or commenting on document is described in the help document below, you may please go through it-

Managing comments, Adobe Acrobat

And Sticky notes disappearing (Acrobat Reader)

Hope this will help you finding your work.

Regards,

Akanchha
