Strange letters only in reports (created by Axapta // MS Dynamics AX)

Hi Guys,

i discovered a problem with some reports of our company in Adobe Reader (Version 2020.006.20042)..

i attached a screenshot of the behavior.. perhabs you could help me!

the reports are created in Axapata (MS Dynamics AX) with normal fonts.. (Arial).. nothing crazy..

i already tried to reinstall Adobe.. resettet the font-folders... update all drivers and so on... but it won't work...

if i open these pdfs with Firefox, Chrome or another Browser, it looks good - no problem!

but AdobeReader can't display these reports in a correct way..

Months ago, we discovered the same problem.. but windows updates and adobe updates solved the problem.. but now the problem came back..
