Hello @Marcelo_Lasorsa!

I hope you're doing well. We apologize for the delayed response and the trouble. Are you still experiencing the issue?

Restart Acrobat and Your Computer. Completely close Acrobat (use Task Manager on Windows or Force Quit on Mac if needed). Restart your computer. Reopen Acrobat and see if the tools are available.

Sign Out and Sign Back In. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Sign Out. Restart the machine, launch Acrobat, then go to Menu > Help > Sign In again using the Adobe ID linked to your Acrobat Pro purchase. This can force the licensing and tool access to refresh.

If you are on a Windows machine, repair the Acrobat installation files from the Menu > Help > Repair installation. Reboot the machine and try again. If the issue continues, please use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any corrupt application files, restart the machine, and install Acrobat.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
