The Add Text Tool has disappeared

Hi Guys

Need some help, i'm using Acrobat reader DC and all of a sudden the add text tool is gone. I cant type into the document as i previously did. I have tried uninstalling and cleaning but all didnt work

I am seeing the same issue. The sign option is there but the Add Text tool is missing when you select Fill & Sign.
